This Tuesday, Higher Regional Court of Dsseldorf approved the Apple’s request of prohibit selling Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 in Europe while denied another appeal of prohibit selling Galaxy Tab 10.1N. The court alleged that it is easy to distinguish 10.1N and the original Galaxy Tab 10.1, thus the prohibition was denied.
The appeal was turned down means Apple can not ask such prohibition on Galaxy Tab 10.1N. In this campaign Samsung was not that pathetic at least it is still able to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1N.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 on the other side does not have such fortune. This tablet was not allowed selling in German before the judgment but now, it will disappear in entire Europe.

And don’t think that the scotus is not seeing all this happen. All the more reason to repeal the whole law.
