iOS 6 Vs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Apple and Google were just launched their newest updated systems: iOS 6 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, so let’s dig out what aspects are to their advantages. We hereby gonna make a specific comparison about two systems on Notification, SNS, app store and browsers.

Notification:

Android still does not have the best notification function although which debut it ahead of iOS. One element in iOS’ notification will destroy the whole Android’s, which is, iOS allows the notification be pushed to user even the screen was locked; for sure the voice alert in Jelly Bean is great whereas it need to be implemented by several steps thus make the user to check notes. On iOS, we do not even need to unlock the screen for it is shown in the middle of it.

Jelly Bean integrated Google+ which allows users who have Google+ account to check when there new pic is been published. Users desire more than update messages of Google+. How about on iOS, it pushes Facebook update as well.

Social Network

Jelly Bean also integrates many SNS mediums; we may sync our data by using 3rd app under Gallery. In short, users’ pictures in Android Gallery can be shared on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ or applications like Groupme, Dropbox and Foursquare. We can click the share button to do so.

On iOS 6, although it adds Facebook and Twitter, you need to turn this function on to share picture in any 3rd sharing applications.

Google Play vs. iTunes

Apple and Google are using respective methods on selling. Google united all stores in one app while Apple divided iTunes to parts. For instance, applications are available on App store, and music can be bought on iTune, you can also purchase E-book on iBooks, so does the podcast.

Interface of Google Play is somehow like a rainbow. A E-shop like Android has stand for convenience, which means user do not need to open multiple apps to get what they need. On the other side, the layout makes the interface somewhat a mass.

Apple is doing it clean yet user may not find useful content. Let’s assume that one guy is searching for a film, the original sound tape probably will not listed in the result.

Safari vs Chrome

Google make Chrome the default browser when it debuts Jelly Bean. Chrome has infinite tag and sync tags in the same Google account, what’s more, it allows tag be opened on other devices. The most impressive element is Chrome combines search blank and URL together.

Safari has the same function of sync and opening tag, but it lack of the combined input blank. Safari’s truly advantage is its internal Reading list.

That’s all about iOS 6 and Android 4.1 JB comparison. Have you found any other aspect that I missed?
